Frohlich Law is a family owned and operated, boutique law firm dedicated to assisting clients with their real estate and estate planning needs in a way that suits their lifestyle. We are a modern firm with a modern approach to legal practice. The recent changes to how real estate law is practised in Ontario allows our firm to assist clients from the comfort of their homes or cottages near or far. However, with offices located in Toronto and Barrie, we are also able to provide in-person services.
Our firm specializes in residential sales, purchases, financing and re-financing, as well as estate planning, focusing on exceptional client care.

Jesse Frohlich holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and earned his law degree from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland. He was called to the bar in 2022. Throughout his legal training, Jesse worked at various local firms and volunteered at the University Law Clinic.
Jesse was born and raised in Barrie, Ontario and “grew up” in a real estate law firm, where his mother worked for many years. Jesse is thrilled to have opened his own practice with the ongoing assistance and support of his mother, Yvette. It has long been a dream of theirs to work along-side one another in such capacity.
When not practicing law, Jesse loves spending time with loved ones, traveling the world, discovering new local spots in his community and live music. Since 2019, Jesse has volunteered with the 519 Community Centre’s Tax Clinic, assisting clients with their income taxes.

Yvette Frohlich-Claro has been working as a real estate law clerk in Barrie, Ontario since 1995. Throughout her career, she has developed excellent working relationships with many realtors, mortgage brokers, colleagues and clients. She is passionate about real estate and helping clients every step of the way during their real estate transactions.
Yvette was born in Budapest, Hungary and came to Canada with her parents in 1987. After having her son, Jesse, Yvette went back to school to become a law clerk. As a working young mother, Yvette would often bring Jesse into the office, where he was first exposed to the legal profession. It is a dream come true to be able to work together at Frohlich Law.
When not working, Yvette enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves travelling, enjoys snowmobiling and exploring the local “food scene”.
