We are committed to providing all of our clients with the legal guidance and assistance they need throughout their entire real estate transaction.  We know that buying, selling, financing and refinancing a home is exciting, but also understand that it can be a stressful time.  We strive to be accessible throughout the process and ensure that our clients receive exceptional, personal service in a professional manner.

From the moment we are retained, we focus on providing unique service based on each individual client’s needs.  After our initial contact, we walk our clients through every step of the way from file preparation to closing.  We request any/all documentation/information well in advance (in the case of a sale, we will ask for existing mortgage/line of credit information, Property Tax Bill, utility bills, survey, etc.; in the case of a purchase, name(s) and date(s) of birth of all owner(s) to be registered on title, new mortgage information, etc.), we will contact lenders and/or secured creditors for payout statements, deliver payouts and real estate commission upon closing (in case of sale), we will conduct all necessary searches and arrange for title insurance (in case of purchase and financing), and complete closing and all registrations.

The recent changes to how real estate law is practiced in Ontario allows our firm to assist clients from the comfort of their homes or cottages, near or far.  However, with offices located in Toronto and Barrie, we are happy to provide in-person services as well.
